Hello Bob its a X Evo 400...bought her this time last year to avoid forking out £50 a week for a bus. Absolutely great. sadly though I was made redundant back in August after 25 years at my last company. So Piggy has seen little service eg only 2300 miles on her.

Anyway Piggy is garaged and well looked after.

My previous bikes which I owned 20 years or so ago where:-

Puch maxi
Puch M2
CZ 250
CZ 175
HONDA 250 (heap)
Yamaha LC350 with... yes a sidecar, strange but true as my first son was collected from Leicester Infirmary as a baby.
Then finally a Yamaha RD400F.

The Yamaha RD400F was incredible it took me 40 0dd miles every day to work rain, shine and snow over to Reigate when I lived at Crowborough. It clocked over 67,000 miles . Fitted a full fairing to it. Still miss it now. Someone stole it from Tunbridge Wells. Probably ended up as a production racer at nearby Brands Hatch.

Anyway the Piaggio is my first scooter and it has taken a while to get used to. Find it very heavy.

Regards Mike

Bob I am not sure if I am posting in the right place??
