It's only me, late again

Hello Everyone, I hope you are all well.
I still have the Tmax, a Bandit 650 K5 and a classic 1971 Triumph T100C all on the road.
Driving me mad at the moment (not you Linda) is that pile of bits, I brought from Ebay, a Bantam D14/4 The latest problem being is putting on a new 3.00 x 18 front tyre, same size as existing and reccommended in the manuals, only to find will not clear the mudguard.
I only need a few bits to finish the bike, some secondhand parts just do not get listed on ebay often, maybe I will have to buy new, but that spoils the fun of restoring it (and expensive).

Greetings Mr Weller.............do you visit any of the post office/royal mail forums from your days there,might be some old farts on those sites with bits and bobs for bantams.

My line manager from work checks ebay to see if the Bantam he used as a telegram boy is for sale,that was back in 1968,i think its proberly extremely dead,but it keeps him amused and off our backs:D
