I forgot to mention it in my ride report. ! filled up about 30 miles from home after my trip to Waspie's. I'd had about 45 miles of driving around after I collected the bike last Tuesday and the the trip. Mostly keeping to speed limits but with some spirited overtaking I'm pleased to announce that the MPG was 60.35.

That's quite healthy, I was expecting a lot less from previous reports of the 'wings' performance.

Another reason confirmed!!!!!!!!

I keep checking the math and it always comes out the same. I can't remember the exact mileage but it was something a little in excess of 160 miles divided by 12.11 litres times 4.54 to give the MPG

Bob,
I remember Barney stating about the same figures, which is in line with what I would expect.
My Tmax and Bandit consume fuel at about the same rate ridden in the same style and I suppose any other bike would use fuel at the same rate if you ride them roughly in the same style.
Glad your enjoying it, look forward to seeing it soon,
Regards
Dave
